RASLRES is a unique project (in the NPP area) which aims to increase the level of deployment of renewable energy technologies in rural economies, helping faciliatate the creation of local fuel markets.

RASLRES is one of several programmes funded by the Northern Periphery Programme. The NPP is one of thirteen Interreg IIIB programmes set up to encourage and support transnational cooperation between NPP programme areas in Europe.

Since 2008, Clodagh and Mitchell have been part of the Fáilte Ireland Business Mentoring and Advisory Service. In that time we have provided Marketing and eMarketing mentoring to tourism businesses throughout Ireland, from a variety of tourism fields, to ensure they are maximising their marketing reach through their website and social media, while ensuring consistency across their online and offline communications.

The People & Place programme had at its centre the mobilisation of the industry to resolve some of the critical challenges facing the continued delivery of the core values and the unique ‘experience’ that Ireland offers as a tourist destination. This meant essentially ‘recruiting’ the industry and relevant communities. The programme was strongly action-based, built on voluntarism on a huge scale and involved the identification
