Newmarket has been involved with the Not for Profit Business Association since 1997. Initially, Newmarket carried out the feasibility study on potential collaboration amongst the 9 largest service providers in the physical and sensory disability sector on business issues, including an assessment of the development needs of the potential members. Having agreed to work together, Newmarket were then commissioned to develop

The project was structured around a series of interviews and focus groups with relevant market segments.
