Newmarket worked with Dublin Castle to evaluate their marketing activities in relation to their Conference Centre. This consisted of individual and focus group interviews with Dublin Castle personnel, users of the Castle’s conference facilities and referrers.

The findings of the Audit were compiled into a Marketing Audit Report and used as the basis to develop a Marketing Plan which was adopted by the Castle.

Newmarket were retained to carry out focus groups over a number of months with clients of RehabCare who were taking part in a training course on Policy Making. The group consisted of people with disabilities of various ages and abilities. The purpose of the assignment was to ensure that the course was developed in line with the needs of the clients, that the desired outcomes were achieved and that learning from the research 

National College of Ireland logo

Newmarket worked with National College of Ireland to evaluate their marketing activities in relation to the College and its various faculties. The project was structured around a series of interviews and focus groups with relevant market segments. A project management approach was used which involved marketing and subsequently project management workshops so as to maximise the involvement of the NCI in the process and to ensure that skills in marketing
