Newmarket Consulting were privileged to work with the Street Performance World Championships (SPWC) to design and project manage the 2011 Where’s Wally World Records. In addition to applying our project management skills, our involvement in this exciting project allowed us to employ our tourism, marketing and creative know-how to ensure the Where’s Wally World Record became a one of the most widely publicised events of the Summer in Ireland.

Newmarket worked with the SPWC team on ideas generation, planning, logistics, merchandising, sales, marketing plan development and implementation and PR support to help promote the world record attempts in Cork, Portlaoise and Dublin, while also monitoring sales and promotional performance.

In 2009 Newmarket and Karan Thompson Consulting were appointed as Creativity and Innovation Coaches for Dublin as part of the CreativeD project. CreativeD is a project funded through the ERDF Interreg IVB tranche of funding, and has at its core the goal of bringing together the creative industries in Dublin to understand how the sector works, to define the pathways that lead to success and to facilitate network members in progressing projects in a supportive environment.

The Office of the Director of Community & Enterprise within Dublin City Council, invited Newmarket Consulting to tender for the evaluation of the dublin.ie Access Audit Tool. The Access Audit Tool was developed in line with one of the Strategic Objectives for Dublin city “to ensure that everyone has equal access to public and private services (physical premises, information and communication, transport, awareness etc).
